Emma Slaymaker (b. 1993, Knoxville, Tennessee) is an artist studying and working in Strasbourg, France. Currently an MFA student in painting at the Haute École des Arts du Rhin, Emma is exploring vulnerability, authenticity, and connection in a world that has become more and more consumed by instant gratification and “content.”
